Job Title :

IT Administrator

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to manage our IT infrastructure and security operations.

Responsibilities

    • Administer servers, databases systems ensuring 99.5% uptime.

    • Manage network infrastructure including LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPN, and telephony systems.

    • Implement and monitor security systems, conduct patch management, and ensure compliance.

    • Oversee backup systems and coordinate quarterly disaster recovery testing.

    • Collaborate with application and BI teams to support integrated business operations.

Requirements

  • i) Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Network Engineering.
  • ii) 3–4 years’ experience in infrastructure and systems administration.
  • iii) Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, networking protocols, and security tools.
  • iv) Certifications in CCNA, CompTIA Security+, or Microsoft Server Administration preferred.
  • v) Experience with cloud services (Azure/AWS).

Location: Nairobi
Reports to: Head of IT
