Our business solves societal needs and challenges in the agriculture sector.  We do so by delivering quality agricultural farm inputs and services to our communities to promote sustainable farm productivity and incomes especially among small-scale farmers across Africa. We create products and services that provide innovative solutions that seek to solve customer challenges, needs, and thereby bringing the greatest value to our customers. We take deliberate efforts to ensure product quality, safety and health of customers and that of our environment. We are consistent in our efforts to be a reliable market leader. We create demand for our products and services and make them easily accessible in the market.

Decisions and actions of our relevant stakeholders such as our Employees, Shareholders, Investors, Governments, Policy Makers, Regulators, Consumers, Suppliers and Development Funding Agencies among other stakeholders have an impact on our economic performance of our business. Our Supplier Code of Conduct As such, it is important to us to continuously create, nurture and maintain existing relevant relationships and partnerships through associations, membership affiliations or by becoming signatories to international relevant bodies such as the UN Global Compact that have a direct or indirect influence on our business.

Our business is a demonstration of our collective commitment and responsibility to undertake sound business practices. Our Supplier Code of Conduct expresses our economic, social and environmental values that we uphold in our policies, which we also expect our suppliers/vendors to also, acknowledge and make deliberate effort to observe at their respective business operations. 

Our staff, our customers and the public are encouraged to report anonymously any abuses, misconduct such as acts of corruption by our staff or any negative impact on our society or environment because of our business activities at our Whistleblowing platform ‘Ongea’.
